General Questions

What can I store?

You can store almost anything you want, exceptions include: Hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or living goods or goods that are a risk to the property of any person.  Full details are available in the terms and conditions of your agreement.

Do I need my own Padlock?

No, your unit is secured via alarm as soon close your door fully and you exit the property using your fob or pin through the main gate.  All unit roller doors are fitted with a motor for automatic operation and use of a padlock may hinder this and damage the motor.  If damage occurs the unit holder is responsible for repair costs.

Payment Related

Are there any extra costs?

The price you are quoted includes your storage charges ex GST.  A late payment fee of $15.00 is applicable for each instance that payment is received late as per your individual agreement. You will also need to procure insurance for your items.  You will also be charged a deposit at the beginning of the agreement, this is refundable at the termination of the storage agreement less any deductions that may be applicable such as for repairs, damage or cleaning as required.  There are also deposits payable for the gate fob and roller door remote.

How often do I need to pay?

Storage fees are calculated on a monthly basis. Payment is pro-rata in advance on move in and then on the first day of each month thereafter.

How can I pay?

Via direct bank deposit.

Popular Questions

What can't I put into storage?

You cannot store hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or living goods or goods that are a risk to the property of any person.  Full exceptions to storable items/goods are available in the terms and conditions of your agreement.

Can I transfer to another space if I find out that the one I am in does not suit my needs?

Yes you can, provided there is one available, and your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit the size you move into.

What do I need to do to move out?

Notice period and details for termination of agreement is provided with your storage agreement.


Security Related

At what time of day can I have access to my unit?
There is no restriction on the time of day you access your unit.

Is there anyone onsite at certain hours?
Manned hours vary on a day to day basis, however our friendly team are always only a phone call away 0491 097 970.

Can someone else access my space?

Only with written authority from you, we will allow someone else to access your space.
